築地市場が平成30(2018)年に豊洲に移転した後も約400もの専門店が営業している。 鮮魚や肉、野菜といった生鮮食品のほか、 包丁など調理ツールや食器類などを扱 フレッシュな水産物を揃えた店は築地ならではう店もあり、飲食店も充実した世界的に見ても珍しい食の総合市場。 新鮮な魚介を使った寿司店が数多くあり、 築地ならではのグルメが堪能できる。築地場外市場には、 水産・青果の仲卸業者が出店する生鮮市場 「築地魚河岸」 がある。 3階のフードコート 「魚河岸食堂」は老舗の味を気軽に楽しめる。 職人技を学べるセミナーなどイベントも開催。
