お台場、ペリーの黒船など外国船の来航に備えて江戸湾に備えられた海上砲台。現在は、第3台場が公園、第6台場は史跡として残っている。レインボーブリッジ 港区の海岸3丁目と台場1丁目を結ぶ吊橋で橋の長さは798m。レインボーブリッジには遊歩道が設けられている。 南北2つのルートのうち、ノースルートからは都心の高層ビル群、サウスルートからはお台場から富士山まで眺められる。首都高速11号台場線と臨港道路、臨海新交通システム「ゆりかもめ」からなる複合交通施設になっている。 正式名称は東京港連絡橋。お台場海浜公園 は、ウオータフロントに広がる公園。 約800mに及ぶ人工海浜おだいばビーチがあり、 ウインドサーフィン (レンタルあり)などウオータースポーツも楽しめる。
The coastal batteries were built in Edo Bay in preparation for the arrival of foreign ships, such as Perry's black ships, and Odaiba is one of them. Currently, the third battery has been turned into a park, while the sixth battery remains as a historic site. Rainbow Bridge is a suspension bridge that connects the third coast of the port district and the first block of Odaiba, with a total length of 798 meters. A promenade is also provided on Rainbow Bridge. The North Route offers views of Tokyo's skyscrapers, while the South Route offers views from Odaiba to Mount Fuji. It is a complex transportation facility consisting of the Metropolitan Expressway Route 11 Daiba Line, the Portside Road, and the Yurikamome New Transit System. Its official name is the Tokyo Port Connector Bridge. Odaiba Kaihin Koen is a waterfront park with an approximately 800-meter-long Odaiba Beach and offers water sports such as windsurfing (with rentals available).
