大涌谷
箱根が火山であることを最も実感できる場所。 散策道を通って見学可能。火山活動の状況により範囲は変わる。噴気孔群から年中噴きだす白いガスには硫黄分が含まれ、独特の匂いも立ちこめる。 温泉の湧き出すところでは、名物の黒たまごが作られている。

Owakudani
The place where you can most feel that Hakone is a volcano. It is possible to visit by walking through the promenade. The range may vary depending on the volcanic activity. The white gas that constantly erupts from the fumarole group contains sulfur, and there is a unique smell. At the place where hot springs well up, the famous black eggs are made.
