葉山は、相模湾に面した丘陵に位置しており、晴れた日には伊豆半島や富士山までを望める絶景の地。古くから別荘地として知られ、明治27(1894)年から皇族がご静養される葉山御用邸があるほか、 隣接する葉山しおさい公園は、 美しい庭園を眺めながら茶室でゆっくりくつろぐことができる。
Hayama is located on a hill facing Sagami Bay, and on clear days, it offers a breathtaking view of the Izu Peninsula and Mt. Fuji. Known as a villa resort since ancient times, it is home to the Hayama Imperial Villa, where members of the Imperial family have been taking their vacations since 1894. The neighboring Hayama Shiosai Park is a beautiful garden where visitors can relax in a tea room while enjoying the picturesque scenery.
