石鎚山は、標高1982mの西日本最高峰。西条市側から石鎚登山ロープウフェイとリフトを利用する表参道ルート、久万高原町側から石鎚スカイラインを利用する土小屋ルート。おもに2つの登山ルートがある。
Mt. Ishizuchi is a mountain located in Ehime Prefecture, Japan, and is the highest peak in western Japan. Mt. Ishizuchi is the highest peak in western Japan at an elevation of 1982m. There are mainly two climbing routes: the Omote-sando route, which uses the Ishizuchi Tozan Ropeway and lift from the Saijo city side, and the Doro-gaeshi route, which uses the Ishizuchi Skyline from the Kumakogen town side and leads to the Dozogoya mountain hut.
