福岡空港や博多駅から車で約40分で到着する糸島は、 福岡市民も愛するリゾートエリア。おすすめのドライブコースは県道54号線沿い。 櫻井神社の社地、 桜井二見ヶ浦は海の中に鳥居がある珍しい聖地で美しい夕景でも知られる。 鳥居の向こうには大注連縄で結ばれた夫婦岩がある。
Itoshima, which can be reached by car in about 40 minutes from Fukuoka Airport or Hakata Station, is a resort area beloved by the citizens of Fukuoka. A recommended driving course is along Prefectural Route 54. The Sakurai Shrine and Sakurai Futamigaura are known for their beautiful evening scenery and as a rare sacred place where torii gates are located in the sea. Beyond the torii gate, there are the Meoto Iwa rocks tied together by a large shimenawa rope.
